 The dream started…  In 2003 Richard Burdett incorporated Bow Summit Developments Ltd. and set the stage to become one of Calgary’s most trusted providers of multi-family wood framing. Many years on we have the machinery, experience and the people to deliver fair, timely, safe and cost effective solutions to our customers.

In 2017 we continued the dream by setting up our prefab operation where we produce walls, decks and other prefabricated or cut building components. Our prefab operation  speeds up production, increases quality, safety and most importantly, its efficiency assists our customers with their bottom line while reducing their headaches. Prefabbed walls are delivered to the job site. They are designed a real framer and erected by our framing crews or yours. Cleaner, faster, safer and better with more consistent quality.
