01 - PLAN & REVIEW
Every project begins with a full technical review of the construction drawings to ensure Bow Summit integrates seamlessly into the broader build strategy.
We identify potential conflicts early—structural, logistical, or sequencing-related—so our clients avoid costly delays later.
This stage is where we study the building’s intent, map out key efficiencies, and confirm that the project is fully compatible with our framing and prefab systems.
The result is a clear, informed plan that removes uncertainty and sets the foundation for a faster, cleaner build.
02 - DESIGN & COORDINATE
Using MiTek design software and decades of framing experience, our design team models every critical component before it ever reaches site.
Walls, corners, shear elements, load paths, openings, cassette floors—every detail is digitally built, checked, and coordinated with engineers and architects. We also map out material supply, delivery timings, and crane operations to eliminate bottlenecks.
By the time the first wall is built, the entire structure has already been solved on screen, giving our crews a clean and conflict-free path forward.
03 - PREFABRICATE
In our controlled prefab environment, we manufacture wall panels, floor cassettes, decks, and other structural components to consistent standards of accuracy and quality.
Working indoors means cleaner lumber, tighter tolerances, safer production, and significantly less waste than traditional on-site framing. Every component is built with efficiency in mind: organized, labeled, and prepared to arrive exactly when the field crews need it.
This approach is what allows Bow Summit to build faster, safer, and more predictably than conventional framing operations.
04 - ASSEMBLE ON-SITE
Once the components are ready, we bring everything together on-site using Bow Summit cranes, equipment, and dedicated field crews.
Walls are lifted, set, aligned, and locked in place with precision. Floor cassettes are dropped in safely, reducing the need for ladders and dramatically accelerating the framing sequence.
Back-framing crews follow immediately to confirm load paths, backing, and quality assurance.
By blending prefabrication with highly coordinated on-site assembly, we deliver structures that go up faster, cleaner, and with a level of consistency that’s extremely difficult to match.
